2009 July/August - Severe manic episode. 2 separate arrests.
2009 September - Released on bond to go to treatment at Ridgeview Hospital in GA

2019 March - separated from wife. Severe manic episode. Two psychiatric hospitalizations (Millwood Hospital - Arlington, TX) Two arrests.
2020 March - Released on bond. One month rehab at Pine Street, one month treatment at MHMR Mens Crisis Residential Unit.
